Testing at the site of proposed transport technical stores at the Defence Forces Training Centre, Curragh Camp, Co. Kildare, was undertaken on 26 May 2000, in compliance with a recommendation from Dúchas The Heritage Service. The development site is located within the confines of SMR 23:76, an archaeological complex.
Five trenches were excavated by machine. Nothing of archaeological interest was uncovered during the course of the evaluation. It was suggested that no further archaeological involvement was required with respect to the development.
