Archaeological monitoring was undertaken in conjunction with extensive ground reduction in advance of development. Evidence of 19th-century occupation was revealed in garden soils, remains of foundations and ceramic finds. Occasional 17th-century ceramics were revealed but were not associated with any surviving structural remains.
