Monitoring of excavation related to a single house development took place within the zone of archaeological potential for a number of monuments, including standing stones and a megalithic tomb. Pre-development testing had previously been carried out by Christine Grant (Excavations 1999, 13). The entire area of the house and related services was excavated by machine to the level of undisturbed natural. No archaeological remains were uncovered.
