Monitoring of the development of an Eircell facility took place at a site in an area of woodland within a forestry plantation on Castlesaunderson Demesne, approximately 56m north of a Recorded Monument. The area of installation measured 20m x 20m and was reached by a 3m-wide roadway, 98m in length. Maximum depth of soil removal was 0.8m. No features, remains or deposits of archaeological significance were encountered.
