The site is a rectangular block on the corner of Grenville Street and Hill Street. Much of the site had been in use as a carpark for some period, while buildings of fairly recent construction occupied the frontage along Grenville Street. The development will involve the construction of a basement carpark.
No archaeological deposits have been recorded from sites in the vicinity. None were encountered in the trenches mechanically excavated on this site.
