Archaeological assessment took place at a proposed school development at Lynnbury Terrace, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. The site lies within the area of the medieval town. Three trenches were excavated across the site and revealed sod, ploughsoil and a sandy, grey, natural clay with frequent stones. No archaeological features or objects were recovered.
