Pre-development testing was undertaken on the site of a proposed development in Glebe, Castlemore, Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon, in July 1997. The proposed development site is located between a castle (SMR 8:32) and an early ecclesiastical site (SMR 8:33).
No archaeological features or small finds were recovered from any of the six test-trenches.
