Pre-development testing was undertaken on the site of a proposed development in Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo, in November 1997. The proposed development site lies within the constraint of SMR 80:32. Five test-trenches were excavated within the boundaries of the proposed development site.
No archaeological features or small finds were recovered from any of the trenches.
