Testing was carried out at a proposed bungalow site in an area noted for surface finds of rhyolite. Several sherds of a flint substance were retrieved, all on or near the surface. The objects included several core pieces and possible rough-outs of blades and scrapers. These were not secondarily worked and possibly represent the debris from a production site dating to the Neolithic period.
