Following the initial test-trenching undertaken as part of the archaeological investigations of the Celbridge Sewerage Scheme (Excavations 1995, 45), archaeological monitoring of the trench cuttings for the sewerage pipes and for gas and telephone cables was carried out in the period from mid-June to the end of October. In the course of this work no artefacts or features of archaeological significance were recovered.
