This proposed development was located c. 100m north of an enclosure and souterrain. During a preliminary inspection of the site a recumbent stone and low platform with a well-defined curving western and northern edge were noted, and it was decided to do an archaeological assessment of the area.
Four cuttings were opened, in the area of the stone (Cut 1) and to coincide with the foundations of the development (Cuts 2–4). Nothing of archaeological interest was noted.
