Site of possible souterrain. Archaeological investigations were conducted in Whiterath Townland, outside Dromiskin, Co. Louth. The work was conducted prior to road widening associated with the proposed Dunleer-Dundalk Motorway and was part of an overall project led by Ms V.J. Keeley-Schmidt on behalf of Louth County Council. The proposed road corridor was investigated but did not produce archaeologically significant findings.
