Testing took place between the 18th and 19th May 1992 at 47 North King St., Dublin 1.
Two trenches were excavated producing post-medieval cellars and possibly part of a cobbler's workshop. The excavation was funded by Mr Thomas McKeon, prior to the extension of his premises. Testing took place on behalf of Mr Leo Swan of Heritage International.
