Six small pits, forming no apparent plan and with no obvious associated features, occurred over a 10m stretch of the corridor. They measured between 15cm and 50cm in diameter with depths of 6cm to 20cm. The pits were characterised by the presence in three of flint knapping waste, similar to that found in site 60 (EXCAVATIONS, 1986).
