Ploughing dislodged the capstone of a short rectangular cist. Three of the sides were composed of single slabs, the fourth consisted of two stones, one on top of the other. A large slab covered the floor of the cist. Its long axis was east/west and it measured 0.8m x 0.4m internally. One femur and fragments of other bones were recovered from the cist.
