This is one of a group of hut circles on Scrabo Hill. It is being excavated by the Ards Historical Society. Besides traces of post holes the site has produced a thin scatter of rather undiagnostic pottery, part of a spindle whorl and a flint implement. Along one section of the circle the remains of a shallow wall trench were found. This contained large quantities of big pieces of charcoal.
