Licensed archaeological test-trenching was carried out at a site for a proposed private dwelling. Planning permission was sought for the construction of single private dwelling, including a driveway, wastewater treatment plant, and all associated ancillary works in the townland of Liskillea, Waterfall, Co. Cork.
A total of seven test-trenches were excavated across the site, and no archaeological finds or features were found in any of the trenches.
