Archaeological monitoring of site investigation works was carried out in August 2025, following on from archaeological testing under the same licence number, completed in 2025. Monitoring was carried out for 40 trial pits and 5 soakaway test pits. Borehole logs were also reviewed.
No archaeology or archaeological material was identified during the course of the monitoring, nor in the review of the logs. The works did not impact on any of the archaeological features identified during the previous season of archaeological testing.
