Archaeological monitoring and review of borehole logs was carried out for site investigation works in 2024, under the same licence number.

In 2025, an additional borehole location was added c. 40m to the northwest of Cromwell’s Bridge (KE093-080), within the Zone of Notification. The borehole log for this was reviewed. It terminated at 1m due to refusal, and comprised a single stratigraphic layer of brown clay with boulder content. No archaeological material was identified.
