Phases 1 and 2 of archaeological monitoring were carried out on behalf of Tayto Snacks Ltd for the development of a new surface level carpark, security hut, modifications to the existing site entrance area, new security barriers, security fencing, lighting/EV charging points.
An Archaeological Impact Assessment was completed by Icon Archaeology Ltd in October 2022. The proposed redevelopment is not located within the zone of archaeological potential of any Recorded Monuments or Protected Structures. Archaeological monitoring identified no features or finds of archaeological significance.
