Archaeological monitoring was carried out during construction of a residential development. Two small, bowl-shaped pits were identified at the western side of the site approximately 18m apart. Feature 1 was 0.67m north-south by 0.75m by 0.51m deep and contained two small sherds of fine-walled prehistoric pottery. Feature 2 was 0.6m north-south by 0.71m by 0.2m deep and contained two crumbs of pottery and two pieces of struck flint.
