Archaeological testing was carried out over the course of one day using a 13-tonne mechanical excavator fitted with a flat grading bucket. The evaluation was requested by the Historic Environment Division due to the proximity of the proposed development to recorded burial monument ARM-012-039. No features of archaeological significance were identified during the evaluation.
