Archaeological monitoring of groundworks associated with the building of a dwelling house and associated site works was undertaken at Tullamaine, Callan. The proposed works were within the vicinity of the constraint area for a Church (KK022-027001), a graveyard (KK022-027002) and settlement cluster (KK022-027005). The nearest of these monuments is located c. 300m to the west of the site, on the opposite side of the public road.
No archaeological features and/or remains were uncovered during the monitoring works.
