Test-trenches were excavated as part of an archaeological assessment for a proposed housing development at Tober Lane, Adamstown, Tobermaclugg townland, Co. Dublin. The testing was situated to the west of an earthwork (RMP DU017-102) which is located within the same development site, and further testing will be required here. The testing found a concentration of archaeological and potential archaeological features identified in the north-west end of Field 1. These included two linear ditches, a shallow linear feature, and a large pit feature, with no indications of date. The report recommended archaeological monitoring of this area.
