Archaeological monitoring was undertaken as required in the grant of planning. No features or finds of archaeological significance were identified during groundworks. Random rubble retaining walls probably associated with the distillery were revealed during vegetation clearance along the northern boundary. Archaeological monitoring of landscaping works will be carried out.
