Monitoring efforts of a small pit (0.8m x 2m) within the entranceway of a substation building, and a trench extending 3m outside the substation structure, to the west side of Bridge Street, Clonmel, were carried out over the course of one day. There was nothing of archaeological significance found during the course of monitoring; therefore, no further archaeological mitigation is deemed to be necessary.
