Archaeological monitoring took place of the landfall trenching works for the pulling in and laying of the Havhingsten telecommuncations cable on the foreshore at Loughshinney Beach. Possible lithics were retrieved and an environmental sample was taken from the sub-beach, former dry land, substrate.
