In compliance with further conditions imposed on the development after archaeological testing of the site in 2018 monitoring of all main excavation and demolition works was undertaken between January 2019 and September 2019, all stone was inspected for the re-use of earlier architectural fragments and the foundations of No. 86 Bohermore, a protected structure (RPS 1201), were archaeologically investigated.

Nothing of archaeological significance was uncovered.
