Archaeological monitoring of ground disturbance works took place in advance of a residential development of 63 units at Cranogue Islands, Balcurris, Ballymun. This work took place on an intermittent basis between March 2018 and October 2019.
The archaeological monitoring was required because the northern end of the proposed development area impacted on the environs of a known archaeological site contained in the RMP (DU014-061002).
