Monitoring of geotechnical test-pits associated with a 13-turbine wind farm development took place on 3 March 2009. Part of the development is located close to a possible megalithic tomb. The site of development consists of two portions of upland zones, both aligned roughly south-west to north-east, covered in forestry with interspersed elevated views in all directions. No archaeology was encountered in the course of the monitoring.
