It is proposed to undertake the redevelopment of 32 Warrenpoint Road, Rostrevor, Co. Down. The development will consist of the demolition of the existing dwelling and the construction of a new dwelling with integrated garage and ancillary accommodation. An archaeological evaluation of the site was conducted. This revealed no evidence of archaeological deposits within the development area.
