It is proposed to construct a replacement dwelling consisting of a house, garage and landscaped parking on the Cabra Road, Cabragh, Hillsborough, Co. Down. Monitoring of topsoil removal within the development area was conducted. This revealed no evidence of archaeological deposits within the development area.
