This development is within the zone of potential for a souterrain and adjacent to the zone of potential for a fulacht fiadh. Test-trenching was carried out prior to the development of stables. A series of trenches were subsequently excavated by mechanical digger across the site. No features or finds of archaeological significance were revealed.
