Site 7 along the proposed realignment of the N30 roadway, in Coolamurray, Co. Wexford, is composed primarily of areas of metalworking activity and the remnants of agricultural activities. The date of these features will be determined by the results of the absolute dating. A sequence for the relative dating of the features relating to early metalworking sites has still to be established for Ireland and the data recovered from this site should contribute to this pool of information.

Editor’s note: Although the work was carried out in 2004, this summary was only recently submitted.
