Monitoring of topsoil-stripping for two access roads and a contractor’s compound at the Wexford business park was undertaken in July 2004. The site consists of seven greenfield sites west of the R739 Wexford Road, within the N25 ring road and c. 3km south of Wexford town. Approximately 1.05ha was stripped of 0.3–0.5m of topsoil, down to sterile natural subsoil. No archaeology was unearthed anywhere on the site.
