Monitoring of trial holes was undertaken in the townland of Lisdoo, Co. Louth, in advance of a proposed residential development.

One trial hole exposed human remains, which were subsequently excavated under licence 04E1641 (No. 1115 below). Nothing of archaeological significance was uncovered during the monitoring of the remaining trial hole excavations.
