A assessment was carried out at 9–13 Blackhall Place, Dublin 7, originally the File Stores. The basement to an earlier structure marked on the 1847 OS map was exposed at the easternmost end of the site. To the west, two post-medieval reclamation levels were identified. No structures were identified at the lower levels. The earliest post-medieval deposit directly overlay the natural boulder clay.
