An archaeological evaluation was undertaken at the site of a proposed bungalow development in compliance with a request from the National Monuments Service. The site is located adjacent to a monastic complex (SMR 36:2S). Four trenches and the external foundations of the house were excavated in order to ascertain the archaeological potential of the overall site. No stratigraphy or finds of archaeological interest were uncovered. No further archaeological work was deemed necessary at the site.
