A small development, an extension to an already existing property, was proposed for this site at Raheny. The site was in an area of archaeological potential as it was close to the medieval church at Raheny and may have been within the boundaries of a monastic enclosure. No archaeological remains were found, however, during the trial trenching carried out in July, 1994.
