Testing was carried out as part of an assessment prior to development of the site. The owners wish to erect two fully serviced dormer-style dwelling houses. The site lies 100m south of SMR 28:84 and is quite close to several other monuments. Trenches 1 and 6 measured 7m by 2m; Trenches 2, 3, 7 and 8 measured 10m by 2m; Trenches 4 and 5 measured 5m by 2m. No material of an archaeological nature came to light during the testing.
