After reactivation and transferral of this licence, work was undertaken on the site between August and December 2002. Monitoring of groundworks was required, as a number of SMR sites had been recorded in the vicinity of the development. It was apparent that the ground in the area had been significantly disturbed as a result of previous housing development. No features or objects of archaeological significance were uncovered during this work.
